PROČ? Jednoho dne jsem si jednoduše uvědomil, že když si chci jít zadriftovat Báwem (viz garáž), tak musím čekat buď hodně do noci, nebo se jít povozit o víkendu časně z rána. Jindy to prostě z důvodu velkého provozu a bezpečnosti nebylo možné. Proto se mi před nedávnem uvelebila v mozku myšlenka, posunout své jízdní požitkářství do jiného levelu, a to směrem mimo přelidněné silnice. S tím se nesla i myšlenka na vůz, který se k takovýmto kratochvílím bude patřičně hodit, bude pokud možno finančně dostupný, spolehlivý a především se v terénu nebude trápit. Tím pádem ze hry vypadly veškerá SUVčka, která se sice ideálně hodí ke každodennímu ježdění, ovšem ne pro to co hledám. Bude se jednat o káru pro radost, která nebude v každodenním provozu, ale o to víc od ní budu očekávat v okamžicích kdy jí vytáhnu z garáže. VÝBĚR Proto jsem vybíral pouze z offroadů obsahujících rám, redukční převodovku a především možnost uzavřít mezinápravovou a nápravovou uzávěrku. Mezi favority se postupem času probojovali krátké verze Nissanu Patrol Y61 s 2,8 dieselovým šestiválcem a Toyota Land Cruiser 90 s třílitrovým čtyřválcem. Ptáte se proč krátké verze? Inu, když člověk jezdí většinou sólo (rodinný vůz u nás zastupuje břichoplaz Octavia 4x4), není potřeba sebou tahat zbytečné kilogramy navíc, nehledě na větší zlomový úhle offroadů s kratším rozvorem. Jak na snímcích vidíte, konečná volba padla na Toyotu Land Cruiser 90, vybavenou třílitrovým dieselem a požadovanou redukcí i uzávěrkami. Patrol sice disponuje poněkud bytelnější přední nápravou (Toyota má nezávislé zavěšení), takže se na rozdíl od Toyoty lépe hodí k případnému nazvedání podvozku = zvětšení zdvihů, avšak tuto úpravu zatím nepouvažuji za tak důležitou, neboť na to moje „ bude i běžný podvozek jistě stačit. JÍZDA Vlastní jízda s tímto obstarožním offroadem je překvapivě komfortní. Kvůli Krátkému rozvoru náprav jsem měl obavy z jisté nervozity při jízdě rovně, ovšem stabilita podvozku se mi subjektivně jeví jako velmi slušná s přihlédnutím na obuté pneumatiky. Motor o výkonu 125 koní ještě používá vstřik do komůrky čímž sice disponuje relativně malým stádem koní, ovšem jeho chod je mnohem měkčí a dovolím si říct i tišší než verze Common rail, která se do těchto vozů montovala od roku 2001 nebo 2002. Přesto, že novější motor produkuje celých 160 koní, přišlel mi během zkušebních jízd při výběru Lanďáku prakticky stejně dynamický jako slabší verze, kterou jsem nakonec zakoupil. Akcelerace stroje z 0-100 dle hodnot výrobce trvá 14s, avšak pružnost s jakou zrychluje například ze 70-110km/h mi přijde srovnatelná s většinou obyčejných aut. Díky tomu se Toyota nestává brzdou běžného provozu, čímž samozřejmě netvrdím, že se jedná o závoďáka. Přednosti tohohle auta totiž leží úplně někde jinde. V okamžiku kdy vjedete na děravou silnici, či polňačku nemáte sebemenší problém s pohodlím a pocitem, že by vůz nějak trpěl, nicméně osobně ho využívám především k toulání se krajinou, kde se ukazuje ve skutečně dobrém světle. Díky světlé výšce 27cm si břichem škrtne skutečně jen občas, přičemž jí zespodu chrání relativně bytelný aftermarketový hliníkový plech pod motorem a plastový pod převodovkou a rozvodovkou. Ten plánuji v dohledné době vyměnit rovněž za pevnostní, stejně jako přední nárazník. Řazení pětistupňové převodovky má velmi krátké a přesné dráhy, které bych čekal spíš u sporťáku, než u offroada, což přináší zcela zvláštní a bizardně příjemný pocit během každého přeřazení. Převod řízení patří jednoznačně k těm offrodově zaměřeným, neboť jeho převod patří mezi ty skutečně pomalé, což přijde vhod v terénu při zdolávání technických pasáží, méně už však při běžném provozu v zatáčkovitých úsecích. Ale to je hold daň za úzce zaměřený vůz. Co je ovšem velmi příjemné a dalo by se říct až opojné je vysoký pozes s pohledem na vysoko položenou kapotu, podpořené navíc vědomím, že díky vysoké světlé výšce přejedete a projedete téměř cokoliv. O to horší jsou pak okamžiky procitnutí, kdy je potřeba například na sněhové břečce brzdit, jelikož i přes maximální trakci při akceleraci (díky trvalému pohonu 4x4) a poměrně velice slušné průchodnosti terénem platí fyzikální zákony včetně setrvačnosti i pro teréňáky. Zmíněný pohon 4x4 tak mnohokrát způsobuje iluzi bezpečí i v okamžicích, kdy tomu tak právě z hlediska brzdné dráhy není. Jelikož se však s Tyoytkou stejně většinou pohybujeme mimo běžný provoz, nenastává u nás taková situace příliš často, co zač jsem vlastně rád... Silné stránky Průchodnost terénem, robusnost, redukční převodovka, uzávěrka mezinápravy, uzávěrka zadní nápravy... Tento kousek absolutně bez známek koroze a dokonce nebouraný, zatím :-). To se moc nevidí. Slabé stránky stáří Zkušenosti se servisem (poruchy, opravy): Přední diferák se odporoučel, bolest této modelové řady. Nahrazen modifikovaným originálem (za raketu), který by měl být už bytelný a hl. odolný. Také zadní špéra, tedy její elektr. pohon vysloveně uhnil = byl z hliníku umístěn na ráně na zadní nápravě a za ty léta materiál skříně elektromotrku zdegradoval. Náhrada za originál nový, taky za raketu, mi udělal taky pěkný vítr v kapse. Za oba dva díly by byla ojetá, ale celkem pěkná Octavia v TéDéÍčku... :-) Ale když jí miluješ, není co řešit...
